my name is Luc and this blog is intended to provide useful information on tarantulas in the genus Brachypelma while providing a more personal look at my 3 specimens that I own.
They are:
Brachypelma boehmei (Mexican Fireleg) - Fluffy
Sex : Female
Brachypelma smithi (Mexican Redknee) - Ginger
Sex : Female
Brachypelma emilia (Mexican Redleg) - Sam
Sex : Female
All were purchased at a size of 1.5 to 2 inches in legspan. My aim is to document their growth and life while being cared in optimal conditions.
To wet everyone's appetite, here is a picture of Fluffy, my B. boehmei.
